Cancellation Terms

If for any reason you can no longer attend Green Aruba Conference, you may cancel you registration and receive full refund as long as the cancellation is received in writing 30 days prior to the starting date will be refunded, less a $150 administrative charge. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the starting date of the conference.

Payment Terms

All registration fees must be paid prior to the start of the event. If your method of payment is Wire Transfer, we kindly ask you to send us the transfer confirmation by email to administration@greenaruba.org in order to secure your registration.

International Delegates

PLEASE BE ADVISED: all payments are processed in U.S. Dollars. International currencies are converted to U.S. Dollars on the date of payment. We make every effort to process the most accurate currency exchange. However, all international payments are subject to fluctuation in currency exchange rates.

General Terms and Conditions

The conference program is subject to change. An executed registration form constitutes binding agreement between the parties.
